Plan Design Lead
We are a multi service contracting company who are builders at our core. We specialize in adding space for your home. Room additions, Garage additions, or additional spaces on your property. These can be ADU's, detached garages, garages w/ apartments, backyard offices, custom decks and porches. We work as a team to deliver best result for our Clients. Must have experience with working directly with clients from sales/concept to project completion.
Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and communicating with the project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction scheduling and excellent communication skills.
Master Carpenter
We are looking for a Master Framer/ Carpenter to join our team. You will be responsible for constructing and installing various structures including room additions, garages, backyard offices and custom projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential framing/siding/cornice, be detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
AutoCad Designer
We are seeking an AutoCad Designer to join our team. The Designer will be responsible for creating conceptuals. to construction drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, be knowledgeable in AutoCad, SketckUp, Chief Architect and have excellent communication skills.
Master Electrician
We are looking for a Master Electricianto join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the design and installation for all our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, solar applications, be knowledgeable in local building codes, and have excellent leadership skills.
